Cancellation Policy
 

To ensure the freshest experience for our guests, our tea service is prepared on the date of your reservation by our pastry team. We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or significant changes to your party size. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of  25% of service will be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows: Parties that do not arrive for their scheduled time without notice will be charged the full price of the tea service (including service fee) We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our delicate offerings specifically for your visit.
